My demon-cat, Gracie Mayhem, loves to shred the new sofa, much to my dismay. Imagine the peril of holding her to trim her claws; it’s the stuff of nightmares. Needless to say, this isn’t an option for me. I tried another product to deter the scratching and protect the sofa but it was an epic fail. She immediately peeled it right off the sofa. I purchased the Ronton product based solely on the sticky feature of these furniture protectors knowing Gracie HATES anything sticky on her paws. Not only has she left the sofa intact but even after the stickiness wore off she couldn’t claw through the material. Be forewarned, this stuff is strong and sticks to anything, including my 10 year old cousin who was sitting on the floor playing with my grandson. Pretty entertaining. I’ll be purchasing again!
